A Building on Channel at Jalan RC Veteran Demolished

A building at Jalan RC Veteran, RT 06/10, Bintaro, South Jakarta was demolished due to standing on water channel.

The demolishment was a report of the local RT and the warning has also been conveyed in spoken and written

Bintaro Urban Village Head, Dimas Prayudi stated that the building hampered the channel's water flow. Not only that, the building which was used as business place also hampered Infrastructures and Public Facilities Handling (PPSU) officers to clean the channel.

"The demolishment was a report of the local RT and the warning has also been conveyed in spoken and written," he stated, Monday (12/28).

11 Buildings in Maphar Demolished

According to him, his side has warned the owner to demolish the building by their own, but it got ignored.

"Eventually, the channel will be re-functioned, moreover the rainy season is coming so the channel could be maximal. We deployed 25 personnel," he finished.
